Shopping with us is easy. All prices
listed on our web-site include goods and service
tax. We want to make your shopping experience both
pleasurable and convenient.
Worldwide Guarantee and Returns
All merchandise offered is covered by our Worldwide
Guarantee. We are very satisfied that our high standards
of quality and selection will please and meet the
same standards as those set by the strictest of
our customers. If for some reason you are unhappy,
returns are acceptable provided you contact us within
7 days of receiving the goods. Exchanges of sizes
etc. are easily arranged. Any faulty goods will
be replaced free of charge. Shipping costs are the
responsibility of the customer in the even of returns.
Delivery times quoted are an estimate due to third
party handlers. We aim to deliver goods within the
times stated below. Delivery times are effective
from date of shipping which is available in the
Order Tracking area of our system. All endeavours
are made to ensure all orders are shipped within
2 working days of receiving your order.
