Shopping with us is easy. All prices listed on our web-site include goods and service tax. We want to make your shopping experience both pleasurable and convenient.

Worldwide Guarantee and Returns

All merchandise offered is covered by our Worldwide Guarantee. We are very satisfied that our high standards of quality and selection will please and meet the same standards as those set by the strictest of our customers. If for some reason you are unhappy, returns are acceptable provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Exchanges of sizes etc. are easily arranged. Any faulty goods will be replaced free of charge. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in the even of returns.

Delivery Times
Delivery times quoted are an estimate due to third party handlers. We aim to deliver goods within the times stated below. Delivery times are effective from date of shipping which is available in the Order Tracking area of our system. All endeavours are made to ensure all orders are shipped within 2 working days of receiving your order.

Shipping Charges
The shipping charges calculated by our Internet system are indicative only. Weights and region are used in the calculation, however there may be some variation in the weight depending on size ordered or individual variations based on multiple item orders.

Our experience however is that in most cases the calculation is correct. An amount greater than that shown on the Internet system will be charged if the weight is greater than that used in the system calculation. Please note we only charge you the actual cost of sending your purchase to you. A packaging and handling fee of NZ$2.00 per canopy and min of NZ$.90 for Colibri Mats is charged at check out.

Order Tracking
A full order tracking system will provide you with 24 hour online tracking of your purchase. You can follow the link in the purchase confirmation email to check the status of your shipment any time.

Insurance Cover
All goods are covered by insurance against non delivery and damage in transit. There is no extra charge for this cover.

Please be assured that we will maintain and use any information collected on our website responsibly. Information collected from our Web server is anonymous. All information that you provide to us is held on private files on our secure internal systems. We do not sell or release your email address to any other parties. We do not sell or release your name and address to any other parties. The information you provide is yours and only provide by yourself to us for the purpose of purchasing product from us for your own use or for purpose of sending product purchased from us to another person or persons. We may infrequently contact you directly by email to inform you of new product releases. If you do not wish to receive such emails please simply reply to the email we send you with the subject line “remove”.

Returned items
Return items are to be sent to our post office box (P.O. Box 551, Oneroa, Waiheke Island, New Zealand). We will at our discretion replace faulty product with new product or if requested refund the purchase price only, we do not refund  postage.

Secure Shopping
We believe in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all of our customers. We provide only the most stringent of security measures available on the Internet. We want you to feel comfortable that your personal information such as your name,  and address will be kept safe. Please note your credit card number is not sent to us when making a purchase online with our Internet Payment system. The transaction takes place with your Credit Card Company without the need for your number to be sent to us. We never send private information, such as your credit card number, via email. In fact, this is a policy we recommend you adopt in all of your Internet activities. We have designed our shopping and payment system to only accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, being 3.0 versions or higher of Netscape Navigator and versions 3.02 or higher of Internet Explorer.
